Last updated: October 30, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how NexfunmobGame (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards information when you visit nexfunmob.top and use the browser games and related features made available through it (collectively, the “Platform”).
Please read this policy together with our Cookie Policy and Terms of Service. If you do not agree with this policy, please stop using the Platform.
1. Who we are and scope
NexfunmobGame operates an online game-discovery portal through which visitors can browse and play web games without installing separate software. This policy applies to information processed through the Platform, including its pages, search, game recommendations, contact forms, embedded games, analytics, and advertising features.
This policy does not govern websites, games, or services operated independently by third parties. Those services have their own privacy practices.
2. Information we collect
The information we process depends on how you use the Platform and which features are enabled. It may include:
- Information you provide: your email address, message, and any other information you submit through our contact form or another support channel.
- Device and connection information: IP address, browser type, operating system, language, approximate location derived from IP, device type, screen size, and similar technical identifiers.
- Usage information: pages viewed, searches, game categories visited, games opened, referring pages, interaction events, session duration, and error or performance logs.
- Cookie and advertising information: cookie identifiers, consent choices, advertising identifiers, and information used to measure or limit advertisements.
- Security information: records used to detect automated traffic, abuse, fraud, malicious activity, and violations of our Terms.
We do not ask you to submit sensitive personal information. Please do not include passwords, payment-card details, government identifiers, health information, or other sensitive data in contact messages or inside third-party games.
3. How we collect information
We collect information directly from you when you contact us; automatically from your browser or device when you use the Platform; and from service providers that help us host, secure, analyze, advertise, or operate the Platform. Embedded game providers may also send us limited technical information needed to load or troubleshoot a game.
4. How and why we use information
| Purpose | Typical information | Reason for processing |
|---|---|---|
| Provide and maintain the Platform | Device, connection, and usage information | To deliver requested services and pursue our legitimate interest in operating a reliable game portal |
| Improve navigation and recommendations | Searches, page activity, game interactions, and performance data | Our legitimate interest in understanding and improving the Platform |
| Respond to support requests | Email address, message, and related technical details | To respond to your request and provide support |
| Protect the Platform | IP address, logs, device signals, and suspicious activity | Our legitimate interest in preventing fraud, abuse, and security incidents, and compliance with law |
| Measure content and advertising | Cookie, device, usage, and advertising information | Your consent where required, or our legitimate interests where permitted by law |
| Meet legal obligations | Information required by a valid legal request | Compliance with applicable law and protection of legal rights |
Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out lawfully before your choice changed.
6. How we share information
We do not disclose personal information simply for others to use for unrelated purposes. We may disclose information to:
- Hosting, infrastructure, security, and support providers that process information on our behalf.
- Analytics providers that help us understand traffic, performance, and feature usage.
- Advertising and consent-management providers that deliver, limit, personalize, or measure ads where permitted.
- Game publishers and embedded-content providers when necessary to load a game or support its operation.
- Professional advisers, authorities, or other parties when reasonably necessary to comply with law, enforce our terms, protect rights or safety, investigate abuse, or respond to valid legal process.
- A successor organization in connection with a merger, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar transaction, subject to appropriate safeguards.
We may also publish or disclose aggregated or de-identified information that cannot reasonably identify you.
7. Third-party games and links
The Platform may embed or link to games, advertisements, videos, or websites controlled by third parties. Opening an embedded game can allow its provider to receive technical information such as your IP address, browser details, and referring page. A game may request additional information or store its own progress data.
We do not control the privacy practices of independent third parties. Review the privacy notice and settings presented by a game or linked service before providing information. Do not use your real name or share personal or sensitive information in multiplayer chat or other public game features.
8. International data transfers
Our providers and game partners may operate in countries other than your own. As a result, information may be processed in jurisdictions with different data-protection laws. Where required, we use recognized safeguards for these transfers, such as contractual protections, adequacy decisions, or another lawful transfer mechanism.
9. Data retention
We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including providing the Platform, responding to requests, maintaining security and business records, resolving disputes, and meeting legal obligations. Retention periods vary according to the type of information, the reason it was collected, and applicable law. We may retain de-identified information for longer because it no longer identifies an individual.
10. Data security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or loss. However, no internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you believe the Platform has a security problem, notify us through the contact page.
11. Children’s privacy
The Platform is not directed to children under 13, or under the minimum age required to consent to online data processing in their country. We do not knowingly collect personal information from a child below the applicable age. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so that we can review and, where appropriate, delete it.
12. Your privacy rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a portable copy of your personal information; object to or restrict certain processing; withdraw consent; or complain to a data-protection authority.
You can also:
- adjust cookies and local storage through your browser;
- change consent or advertising preferences through any privacy control made available on the Platform;
- use device-level controls to limit advertising identifiers; and
- contact us to submit a privacy request.
We may need to verify your request before acting on it. Authorized agents may submit requests where local law permits, but we may require proof of authorization. We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.
13. United States privacy notices
Residents of certain U.S. states may have additional rights concerning access, correction, deletion, portability, targeted advertising, and the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell personal information for money. Some advertising disclosures involving online identifiers may be considered a “sale,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising under certain state laws.
Where applicable, you may opt out using the Platform’s privacy controls, a recognized browser-based opt-out signal where supported, or our contact page. We use the categories of information described in Section 2 for the purposes in Section 4 and disclose them to the categories of recipients in Section 6.
14. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes to the Platform, our practices, or applicable law. We will post the revised version here and change the “Last updated” date. If a change is material, we may provide additional notice where required.
15. Contact us
For questions, privacy requests, or concerns about this policy, use our contact form. Please describe your request clearly and identify the privacy right you wish to exercise, if applicable.
